Update "Timing marks"

Thanks all for your in put on my problem. Not to be to long winded,,,but,,,,, When she overheated and I let her cool, added coolant, throttled her to @5000 or so to clear  followed plugs and then she didn't want to operate well,,no power and all, bad shaking and popping back #5 intake, I surmised a stuck valve guide or miss timing of some sort. As I put some block sealer in about a year or so ago I decided to take the head off anyway expecting to see a ring on #5 piston where the intake valve got slammed shut. No ringing. After reinstalling the head she still ran like #@%!!. No more popping (I think the valve adjustment might have tightened up?) To shorten this saga the #@%!! screw connecting the vacuum advance to the distributor plate came undone! Over heat high revving and the screw coming undone whats the chance!   Thanks again Tom Z and Bay Bay
