1970 Pagoda for sale

There is a new listing on Hemmings as below for a 1970 Pagoda that is said to be fully restored.   It is interesting to see what one gets for $108,000 - I expect the sharp eyes of our members will note a few issues.

Where are the 400+ photographs?  Looks nice in what it shows, but so much is not shown without the additional photos...
