attaching pictures in a personal message

This is probably a stupid question, but I can't figure it out: how do you attach a photo or send a photo to a member in a personal message??  I see the little radio button id'ed as "Insert Image" but that just inserts:



Not a big help.  Could anyone enlighten me?  Thanks, Ron

Indeed, you cannot insert a picture in a PM. Request your correspondent's e-mail address and mail them a picture.
