I'll also need all five boards, but I'm thinking of making them. They appear to be 0.10 inches thick paperbased material like is used for the backboard in binding books. In addition, they appear to have been brush painted on the back side, to set the curvature, with a sort of epoxy like is used for fiberglassing. I may have to "humidify" the boards to curve them first. On the exposed side of the three under the dash, there is a light leather-like grain that can be added by using contact paper, vinyl wall paper, vinyl fabric from the local craft or fabric shop or even leather like the car if you have enough, just like the cover on a nice hardbound book. The ones in the trunk are the same as the others except there is no grain on the exposed side. Finally, there is the 1/4 inch thick foam that is glued to the back side of the boards.
My local art supply shop appears to have what I'll need for less than $10 per panel. At least it's worth a try. Don't expect anything immediately, but when I've done at least one, I'll post the results in photos. Here are a couple of photos to show why I drew the conclusions about making them myself.
