Transmission Fluid Change Question

Hi all, I was going to change the transmission gasket (automatic) in the car since its been leaking. I want to say theres a crush washer that seals the dipstick to the transmission pan. Is it necessary to get a new one or should it be fine if I reuse it? Thanks again in advance.

Most pan gasket kits come with the sealing washers unless you buy the gasket only.
