Nope, you aren't charging. Your battery is going to go dead at some point. Bad alternator or regulator or wiring.

Are you sure it is the charging light. The one right next to it indicates open door or low brake fluid.

So if he won't go, it's a battery issue, and if he won't stop it's a brake issue. :o :o :o
