Favoite wood restoration shops

Hi...I want to send out my 1970 280se 111.025 Burl wood pieces to be redone...any suggestions on shops with experience?

Heritage Woodworks have a very good reputation and can refurbish your original wood set.
 I've not personally used them but I have seen their work and it's excellent.  http://www.heritagewoodworks.com/
When I restored my 1969 W111 280 Convertible more than 20 years ago you could still buy the wood complete new
from Mercedes, which is what I did. The finish was spectacular, but the fit was not as good as with the original pieces.
