Brake Force Regulator

This component is part of Brake System.

Definition

The Brake Force Regulator is attached to the underside of the body in front of the rear axle. The Brake Force Regulator operates independent of pressure, up to a line pressure of 30 atu the pressure to the front & rear wheel brake increases uniformily. Upon reaching the changeover point at approx 30 atu, the pressure to the rear brakes are reduced in relation to the initial pressure. This will not influence the line pressure to the front brakes.
