I have a good head but I'm in the UK so shipping will be expensive.

FWIW, my head (when my engine was rebuilt years ago) had a minor crack in it discovered during the rebuild process. It was repaired by Metric Motors. You may give them a call.
Alternatively, a bit closer to home, see if Noel's can help you. I thought they had gone out of business a while ago, but I was mistaken; I had spoken with Noel not all that long ago. It's worth a call.

Any good welder should be able able to fix it, providing it can be fixed. Warming the head before welding is key.

The M180 heads will not have a hole for injectors to be installed. On a M180 engine the injectors are positioned on
 the intake manifold.
