I have a pad for you but am still working on finding suitable boxes to ship.  I have some more cardboard arrivingMonday so hopefully it will be suitable and I will send you an emai with some shipping costs.

Andy,

What I am trying is a piece of 3mm MDF and then get a good corrugated cardboard, ( was used to pack guitars) and cut to a square and sandwich the pad between.  Am getting some Monday so will photograph and send if you want.

Andy and Garry,
I went to a local collision repair shop to get discarded boxes and then cut them to ship the pads to you.
They usually have boxes used for shipping fenders and bumpers.
