Senior Prom - James Bond
« on: June 05, 2008, 15:33:40 »
(sorry - fixed the photo! Take a look)

Ahhhh...Senior Prom, a time for fantasies!  This is my son on his way to pick up his date.  James Bond has nothing over him, and he has a better ride!

Doug:

The image name must have special characters or spaces in it and it's confusing the Forum...you can rename the image without any special characters or spaces and upload again.

For a James Bond Prom, my car might not have looked as good
but it has a Bondian VIN, ends in "007 007"

Yes, I did add the space but spaces don't count!

Loved the look Tuttle, hope your kid left the gun at home, though.  Even a fake one will get one suspended for life in most places.

His prom date wasn't named Carrie, by chance, was she?[:0]

Did these prom goers take the 113 to the prom or just have pictures with it?  I will admit, no way would I let my son take mine.  I wouldn't trust him or any of his crowd around the car, especially on prom night.  Rather they all rented three limousines for a drunken+ evening upon which they ended up sleeping (?) at someone elses house.  Great pictures though of everyone.

No, didn't let my son take the 250SL, though he did ask a couple of times - he used my BMW instead.  Gun was left at home!

Beautiful 250.  Looks like you're a member of the best of the best club.  Early 250 judging from your mirrors.

Hello Craig,

Your pics are also beautiful....
I always get mixed feeling when I see 018260 again ...
since I had the opportunity to drive this phantastic car a few times before it became yours ... that was back in 2000.

BTW don't you use the 1st owner's Swiss licence number plate on the front bumper any longer?
Is this not possible in Washington State?

Best,
Achim
