I have a tool bag which is maroon in color with a limited number of tools.  Unfortunately I have no idea what year it is from.

Is it not the replacement red canvas set from late days?

That is a roll up tool bag with the shoe lace tie from a R107 1972-1989.

The W113 is a pouch that folds and has 2 metal snaps.

Thats exactly what I thought. Sold as replacement if you ordered a tool set for W113 in the late years.

It is all described in Technical Manual.

I have two of these "R107" bags, each with a couple of tools. They have no logo or any other kind of ID on them.

I think from like $1200 - 1500 up. There has been an offer recently on another thread here. Ask mmizesko if you want it from trusted source.

But! Be very careful about the sets from ebay. They all claim to be complete and correct, but I, actually, have never seen a complete and correct one on ebay. I took the road of completing a set piece by piece. You would get there over time. More rare are e.g. wooden handle screwdriver or waterpump pliers (correct ones).
