Brake drum surface finish
« on: December 15, 2016, 20:53:41 »
What is the correct surface finish for the 230SL alufin brake drum? My brake drums have aluminium finish, but I suspect they were painted black from factory.

They were painted black. These drums are the same ones that are used on the front of 190SL's.

Thank you Dan. I will paint them black as the rest of the rear axle.
