Oil Deepstick (Dipstick)

I have a 23o SL 1965 and the oil deepstick  220 SE is this the correct one or should be another one?

It depends?  I have the same dipstick on my 1965. Yours and I believe it is right if the engine number  indicates a SL motor.  If your engine number is a 127.980 you probably have a 220se motor from a different car but a 127.981 number will indicate a SL motor.  They are essentially the same so the dipstick is shared part as far as i know.

The 230SL engine is based upon a highly modified 220SEb. All the early cars use 220SEb style dipsticks.
