Injector Question

Can anyone tell me if a fuel injector with a MB part number of 000 078 11 23 purportedly correct for a 66 230sl will work properly in my 68 280sl?  Thank you.

According to the SLS parts list,there should be a unique injector ref.for 230-250-280 SL.

the part number for the 230sl injector nozzle is A000 078 07 23
The part number for the 250 and 280 sl inj nozzle is A000 078 11 23
