Hi,

we have the gauge and some of the cable but not the sensor that goes into the engine?

would that be enough?

"Some of the cable" would indicate the capillary tube is compromised and you need a new one to connect the sensor to the gauge. These three parts should never be separated nor the tube (that looks like a cable) be compromised or the gas escapes and the gauge will no longer work.

Thanks Cees,

Unfortunately we have inherited the vehicle this way. Do you know where we can get a new gauge assembly or a sensor and tube from?

Maybe a reconditioned one?

Stick just offered you one.  You give him your old one and buy a working unit from him. And he’s in the UK.
