MB Dealer number

Inspired by another post on this site, I decided to do some reseachinto my car's history.

I was able to find the MB dealer number.  67210

Does anyone know how to determine which dealer this is?

[Renewed reply]:Yes, order placed in 1970 (0) from a dealer in the US (704). 4522 is a running number to identify the order.
