Should we assume that this pagoda (car, not sign) has been parking here for many years and this time you took a photo or that the Pagoda Sign has always been there and this time you parked a Pagoda car there?

very nice.

There is a "Pagode" theater in Paris that I occasionally frequent but have yet to spot a W113 in front of it.
