Eurocars was a pretty prominent European car dealer in Honolulu with both Mercedes and BMW and they were started by some German immigrants, namely by a guy named Oberacker who initially had a post with Mercedes-Benz in San Francisco. He later became the consul general for Germany in Hawaii. I dug up a few ads for a silver and black car from '71, but it looks like yours has a red interior.
They were eventually bought by TheoDavies (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theo_H._Davies_%26_Co.) and became Davies' Eurocars in the later 70s. In '91, that company was bought by Jardine International Motor Holdings, which is a large holding company out of Hong Kong (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Jardine_Matheson_%26_Co.). They're pretty prominent in the rootless cosmopolitan business world. They retained the name TheoDavies EuroMotors as their business name in Honolulu and at some point relocated to 818 Kapiolani Boulevard, which is currently where Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu is located. In '06, Jardine divested of its six TheoDavies dealerships for $100mn to Reed/Jones Acquisitions (basically Fletcher Jones Automotive out of SoCal), a group from the continental US. As an aside, in 2001, the Ala Moana location (the original location for the company) was sold in '01 to another group, and by then it had already been a Volvo dealer. You can see the ghost of the sign on the side of the building when looking at it from Google Streetview. Since Mercedes and a few other marques now
generally require their dealers to bear names like "Mercedes-Benz of [whatever area]," it's no longer Fletcher Jones Motors as of '15 or so, but Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu.
And there you have it.
