Could anyone please suggest where I could buy just a rocker cover gasket in the UK

Any Mercedes dealer. Be sure to use the correct copper crush washers under the bolts and observe the correct torque.

What is the proper torque?

MB part number A1300160221 (~30€) or OEM Elring 194.212 (~7€).
Correct torque is important, do not overtight this rubber gasket: 1 mkp/10Nm. Use new copper seals 8x14mm.
