Heater matrix sl230 1964

Hi, can anyone tell me where I can obtain a new heater matrix for a 230sl in the US or where can I get one refurbished? My valve has seized and the brackets are also missing . Any help would be appreciated

A quick Google search turns up several good leads, such as this one from brassworks:

Authentic Classics also has them but expensive ($1,700+) and offers a rebuild service for your current one. You can also try a radiator repair shop in your area.

I would try a local radiator shop first, if you still have the brackets. If not, $399 from thebrassworks (above) is a great price.
