Great stuff WRe.   It will take a while to digest all this.  I found the Bohringer Pagoda quickly and without much effort.

While from a technical-database-IT point of view, I suspect there is but one "database" there are actually at least three portals to this database.

The public archive as noted by WRe
The archive (mostly "modern") for journalists, requires an account
The Classic archive which also requires an account, again, for journalists.

Here is an assembly line photo with what looks like W114s and US 280SLs. Off to the left, by the “Station 8” sign, looks like a wrecked or partially built maroon W113.  It is hard to read what is written under the Station 8 sign, but the cars by Station 8 look like misfit toys.
