230SL Hardtop Refurbishment
« on: February 11, 2020, 01:15:49 »
Well, after a month...the job is done. Most difficult part was those side windows. They were impossible...close to it anyway. Want to thank everyone that responded to my questions. Here's the finished product. It drove the neighbors crazy what I painted in the driveway.

Thanks for the pics. I am considering restoring mine. The problem is that is was disassembled many years ago by a shop, so all I have are boxes of parts.
If you had to do it again, would you do it?

I remember the side windows being difficult to remove. What method did you use to reinstall the side windows?
