headrest installation kit

Just purchased some used headrest for my 1968 280SL. I have a couple of questions. first these head rest are correct peroid for the Pagoda model they have a center botton in each side and tilt forward and back.
Second question how do you adjust the tilt mine are loose? and were do I purchase the installation kit for these headrest, is it still availible from Mercedes-Benz? third the color is brown is new material kits MB tex availible from any upholstery suppliers?

There is another thread about installing headrest in a non-head rest seat, just started a couple of days ago. They answer some of the questions about the install kit.

Do GAHH or World Uph. have the MB Tex. I also see the headrests advertised from time to time on Ebay.
