Progressive Springs, again

I know, I know, this has been covered many times, but most of the posts about the progressive rate springs and John Olsen’s sport springs are several years old.
I’m considering the replacement of my springs to sports on the front and progressives in the rear but I’d like to hear from someone that has actually done that combination or anyone that has done something similar recently.
