Intake manifold

Hello all,
I am trying to buy an intake manifold for my 230sl. As per EPC the part number should be 127 140 27 01.
I am offered a manifold with the part number 127-141-26-01. I was searching around but cannot find the type off car it belongs to or if it is a suitable replacement?
Do any of the parts experts know?

From what I know, the further left you go in the part number sequence the more it changes the actual part. Aside from 127 all the other part numbers are different which tells me it could be a manifold for a 220SEb coupe or similar. Without looking at my parts book I can't say for sure but I would find out before taking it.

all of them are supposed to have a 127 140 ….  instead of a 127 141 …. number . I'll keep investigating.
