It is almost scary how long the economy has been booming. With house prices a million or more on average and going up by 10% a year, something has to give but that is what i said ten years ago.

sure they will burst eventually, but sometimes you have to be really patient to hear a pop.
If this goes on some bubbles could exceed a human lifetime!
