Posting pictures

Sorry about this post, the answer is probably obvious but here goes.
I would like to post some pictures in the photo gallery but have been unable to do so.
I type in a subject and short message, then hit attachments and download anything from one to four pictures. The file type is JPG and i am sure that even just the one photo is not more than 4096 KB, hit post and nothing happens. Have also tried ALT + S and nothing happens.
What am i doing wrong ?

Have you tried to use "Preview" first rather then "Post" to check that your message shows up in Preview?

Looks like all is working Fine.

Marilyn, try to reduce the file size, usw an image optimizer it should work fine.
