Looking at the posts about A/C elsewhere at this forum, you will realize that at least for the US market there wasn't such a thing as factory mounted air condition unit. It was a dealer installed option thus it is hard to speak about original MB parts. If you wish to have that hose as it was initially installed, the best idea that comes to mind is to look at the maker name on the unit and follow that way to some source of spares. My A/C hoses are hopelessly black for example ;)

That hose was made by Aeroquip, however they stopped making the red version in the mid nineties.

To my knowledge the red aeroquip 1540 hoses where used on all factory AC installation for the w108-w112 cars, they where replaced by black braided Aeroquip 1540 hose version. All the w113 Ac dealer installations that I have seen had non braided black hoses. So even if you could get your hands on some NOS red hoses it would not look original on a pagoda.
