Window guide O-ring?
« on: March 11, 2013, 18:44:33 »
Hi folks. I know this is a well beaten subject, installing window guides that is, but I don't see much said on these O-rings that are briefly mentioned in the tech manual discussion. I ordered a window clip guide kit from a parts house in Georgia and it did not include these. There are a couple pictures in one of the many forum posts on guide installation and I can see a red something that looks like it sits over the round post of the plastic clip as it sits in the recess of the aluminum guide. What are folks using for these rings? It seems like there is plenty of space for something to rest in there as I was a little concerned that with the clip alone there was too much space to grip the track correctly.

As always, thanks in advance for any information.

Phil
