An original 1967 250SL windshield and gasket: anyone know the value of these parts? I'd like to get a reference value.

If you mean original as in 'made in 1967 original' - very little, assuming the glass has picked up the normal scratches and pitting over the last 45 years. If new, genuine Mercedes seal around $100, Sekurit windshield $150-$200.

Catawbacock, if you are removing yours and want to sell them I don't know how you would be able to remove the windshield without destroying the seal.  I wouldn't pay anything for a '67 seal or windshield or use them.  I removed my '66 last year and you could barely see though it when the sun hit it at just the right angle.

Dave, a genuine MB window seal is now around $300, aftermarket you can get for less than $100, but I wouldn't use one as they don't fit properly.  New windshield from MB is around $800.

If you are looking for one, I have a green tinted (just the top) windshield that I took out of my car and a new extra seal, I bought a new all clear one for mine (I don't like the tint on the top)you can have both the seal and the windshield for $200.00
The real question is how to ship this thing.

Just on pricing of new windshields,

I purchased one about six months ago new OEM and it was around $300, the seal was around $250 and with fitting all up less than $700 AU dollars which equates to the same in US dollars.

So if it is a new one and you are giving guarantees, as that is what I have with the professionally fitted windscreen then the glass is worth somewhat less without the guarantee.  The seal on the other hand if an original but now 45 years old is probably not worth anything as the rubber will have lost a lot of its elasticity.

Priced glass and seal at Classic Center in California recently, on tip from JA17 that they've been improving some of their prices.  Windshield is still too rich for me but the very good news is that the price of the seal has been halved.  Confirm with Woody @ (949) 598-4845 in Irvine, CA.

I also purchased a Mercedes seal in January for $139.00. The price dropped on this part from around $300 list price to $174.00 MSRP. Get them while they're hot!
