Does anyone know of a stencil avail for 113 wheel covers or a paint shop that provides this service.

I think you will find that "stencils" will run and give a poor result. The best shops tape off the chrome using thin width tape. It's tedious, but yields the best result.

By the way...I uploaded the images to the 113 server, pasted the URL into the [img] brackets and it didn't work. No problem with flickr URL. I like readers to see the pictures in the discussion and not have to open and close windows to view. FWIW
