Anyone have any experience with Lanoguard for rust protection?

I don't have experience with lanoguard, but have experience using similar lanolin based products on Pagodas and other classic cars. It is something that washes and wears away over time. On a vehicle driven regularly you will need to apply once a year.

Lanolin is a common componet of hand cleaner typically found in most work shops. It's great for cutting through grease.

Gary, I'm sure you have heard of Fluid Film. Readily available here in NA and it is a lanolin based product. I was using it until I discovered a new product called Blaster Surface Shield. Surface Shield is also lanolin based. Both can be purchased in a spray can. It's a little thicker than Fluid Film but it seems to last longer. Be aware that these products may help to prevent rusting but they will not do anything about the rust that's already there.
