Title: Removal of Euro headlight bulb

I can't remove the bloody bulb from my Euro headlight.  The bulb moves slightly clockwise and counter-clockwise and also pushes in slightly.  However, the motion either way seems insufficient to release the bulb.  Can anyone advise how these things actually are extracted?  I see the new bulb on Pelican Parts, but it seems it must be extracted from behind the silver plated cone??

Any help is much appreciated!

Take a look at the pics.
You got to push and rotate the holder.
