Knowing a bit about what Roger Edwards does I can't believe that turnover figure is correct !

More likely a before tax profit, and even then it seems low.

Wow...!

It's all about the knowledge, skills and patience the next shop owner will have.
3/4 of the quality of the shop was/is the qualified shop owner.
