Title: Source for a good burgundy soft top?
Post by: H. Keith Henry on November 20, 2021, 01:35:42
Looking for a source for a burgundy-colored top for my 1970 Pagoda. I'm told they are not being made, but before I give up .... possible leads please.

Thanks guys. Hard to tell, but it looks like they offer the same product -- the same? Sonnenland soft top material with window. Once selected, would I take the top to a regular upholstery shop, a specialty upholstery shop or the local AutoHaus shop doing mechanical work?

I just visited John at GAHH in Studio City, last week.
John did sell German Auto TOPS to GAHH, but is still working with them. He was most helpful as always. Highly recommend them!

I would do some research and call a few in your area. You want to have someone that has installed tops on Pagodas before and has experience with fitting them correctly, will repair and make adjustments to your frame if needed. Someone who knows what they are doing will make all the difference on how it fits and how it will function when you put it down or up. IMHO
