Title: Front Shock Absorbers 280SL

I need to be sure I am using the correct shock absorbers for my car. I have already bought two new Bilstein for the rear ref 24-005395 rated at B4 and was about to order two for the front ref 24-005296 when I noticed in the Manual section here that a heavy duty B6 rated is recommended, ie F4-B46-0539-HO Rear and F4-B36-0529-HO Front
Each time I look for shocks for my car they come back with B4 rated as above.
I don't want to compromise the handling and would like to know what you think,  am I OK to use B4 rated or can you tell me how to get hold of B6 version of Bilstein.
