I need to locate and purchase the entire soft top frame and top itself in black. 

Anyone have one lying around?   ;D

Or, know where I should go to find one?

Sl Tech in Maine but you will be up for $10k fitted i suspect.

I was hoping to replace the two for $2K or so.

If you currently have a frame but it needs repairing, that would likely be lots cheaper. And it is 'SL Tech' in Maine (Gernold Nisius) who do a lot of convertible top work on the Pagoda.

Occasionally a frame will come up for sale if you don’t have one now, but they are usually $4+k. Not a cheap item and usually need work before they will fit and work properly.

The car has had the entire frame and soft cover removed earlier in time.  Starting from scratch.
