Hi,
this looks like a M100 engine used in 600 (W 100), 300 SEL 6.3 (W 109), 450 SEL 6.9 (W 116) and „Trasco 1000 SEL“ (W 126) with various performance data.

It's a 6.3 engine. 6.9 uses a similar block but the FI is totally different.
-
Also as shown, the 6.3, used a 16 bolt pan, automatic transmission like the Pagoda. Some of the internals were slightly more robust to handle the torque of the 6.3 V-8 engine.

I was waiting for that :).
At least you can see what was black, what aluminum, what yellow plated...sorry, that is what I had.

8) O.K., Pawel, I understand. At least, you get an idea. But...in b&w photos, dark red and many other dark colors come out as black. It is really difficult to distinguish between blank steel and yellow plated. And the exhaust manifold looks like aluminum... ;D
-
yes, this exhaust manifold caught my attention too.
Well, I shared what I found. Hope it helps someone.
-
Well I think it’s cool.
Thanks Pawel
