Must be having a bubble-bath!!!, (laugh)
Never heard it used other than in comedy or people having a laugh in the pub! certainly not part of everyday dialogue in the east end unless they are putting it on for when our American cousins come a visiting!😁

Even w/o the rhyming slang...
I saw a movie recently and some of the Cornish dialog was exceedingly difficult to understand, though it was English.
I also watched an episode of a show from Northern Ireland, and couldn't understand a word they were saying. Nothing.
I was having a drink with my neighbor the other day--from Ireland--and was relating the story. He said his uncle is from [London]Derry, and he can't understand it when that branch of the family is speaking. He just has his Jameson and nods his head as if he does understand..
and of course, that bit from BBC was comedy..
