Title: Transmission problem

Hi. I am new here. I have a problem with automatic gearbox. I did a short movie: https://youtu.be/ERVuU3BEGpE
Can you tell me is it a problem with gearbox or with a converter? The noise is loud especially on reverse gear. Furthermore when i AM driving, i feel Like the cluch slips and engine speed grows up between changing gears and the car have no strenght uphill.
