Title: Constant Idle Solenoid Adjustment with the Power Stearing Linkage

I've got the Constant Idle Solenoid with the power steering linkage.  I assume I adjust the idle top part first to maintain idle when in gear and then turn the wheel to lock and do the same with the bottom part (attached to the power steering box)?
Thanks for any help and pictures if anyone else has this setup to make sure it is all correct.

Here are pictures of mine... It doesn't look "mercedes correct" to me...
