How do I more efficiently use the search function?
I put a key word in the "Search" box and it shows all threads where the key word is mentioned. When I click on a specific thread, it will not show that thread, but the category, i.e.: "Body, Interior..etc" and I still have to search for the thread. Is there a shorter way directly to the posts?

The resulting threads from your search have different parts that can be clicked. Make sure you click at the end where the subject is.
Clicking anywhere else gets you the category.

Mike, you can also do a search outside the site through Google. Type in site:www.sl113.org/forums/index and then the subject matter. I find this is cleaner and easier to navigate than the search function. I use this for searching most forums I visit.

I also almost always start off with "titles only" as that narrows things greatly.
Also if there are 2 words that might be common, like fan belt, if you use quotes "fan belt" you get those 2 words, but only when they are together.
