It has already been a couple of months since these services are closed for re-build "to ensure better service". Do you know when it may re-open?

There is a good chance it may not reopen.  Bosch assumed that everyone would pay their outrageous prices they set forth on the rebuild program.  Well, that didn't happen, and like Mercedes, Bosch cut their nose off despite their face by ending the program.....or at least the advertising of.  For some reason they refuse to set realistic expectations, and when met with resistance they completely end things.  Though, if directly contacted they'll likely help you out, but at significant cost.  Even so, I'd still like to see the online catalog return just so people know what services are offered for the classics parts.
