I have been offered a job lot of original RHD Bosch headlamp glasses.
I need to place a bulk order so let me know if you want any at £75.00 plus VAT & shipping.

Are these original OEM Bosch lenses new old stock? I’m aware there are lenses purporting to be Bosch but they are modern retro’s with Bosch stamped on
If they are indeed new old stock, OEM Bosch, I’ll take a couple if that’s of any help?

They do not come in Bosch boxes so may well be repros, I don't know. Since they look perfect to me when offered for comparison to a NOS complete headlamp I have here and everybody else seems to be delighted with them I have no reason not to offer them at this price.

Will they work for a left hand drive car?

They will not work as the way the glass is cut/moulded if throws the light to the left where a left hand drive car with its LH lights throws the beam to the right.

Hi Art, They will fit physically but, as Gary says, throw the light to the left when dipped ie for those civilised drivers who drive on the left of the road ;D- away from oncoming traffic.
I have just received a pair from Colin - several years ago I replaced the glass on our car - it was a year or so later when driving at night (very rare) that I realised that they were LHD. I now have a spare set and will install them when we eventually sell the car - the LHD/RHD issue might get picked up of the Safety Inspection prior to sale. Even on high beam oncoming traffic doesn`t seem to complain though - not super bright lights anyway.

the original LHD lenses have raised letters and numbers on the front that you can feel with your fingers with the exception of the Bosch logo, that one is raised on the inside and smooth on the front.
The repros are completely smooth on the front. I would prefer well made repros because the last original batches made by the Bosch factory in CR show visible tooling marks and irregularities along the rim and are, imo, inferior.
I assume this also applies to RHD lenses.
