My 220seb is looking great after an 8 year restoration.

I am looking for 4 ding free 13 inch hub cap surrounds.


The ones I have each have dings in them.

Let me know what you might have.

Might consider restoration from a specialist: you'll need to CALL them.

I wouldn't imagine this is much different that restoration of other trim and bumpers. So, keep searching.

i put aftermarket beauty rings on my 300SE and kept the old ones in a box

I have since been massaging out some of the imperfections on my original hubcap surrounds.
The chrome is essentially excellent on the ones I have.
I will mount them this week on  the rims.
I will use 2 layers of masking tape on the areas that the ring clips rest on the rims.
The rims are beautifully restored.
I hate to scratch the rim finish up.
