Hello guys, I’m in the process to overhaul the injection pump , but my Bosch local dealer asked me to provide the data sheet regarding fuel flows etc at different rpm in order to calibrate the pump. Do you know where I can find in English? Thank you

Your dealer should be able to get that info from Bosch.

I have a 30 page manual for repair which I can forward. Send me a private message with your email and I'll send it onward.

Great, thank you!

When I was looking I found that it was a closely guarded secret held by a few people that rebuild these pumps. If anyone comes up with anything I would love to see it.

Even if you have rebuilding info it won't do you much good without the test sheets. This is info supplied by Bosch to authorized dealers so that they can tune the pump to factory specs. In order to do this you need test equipment and the ability to do it. This isn't a job for a novice regardless of best intentions.
If you want to get into rebuilding fuel injection pumps then learning how to work on them makes more sense. If you want to have your pump rebuilt send it to an expert.
Sorry if this isn't the answer everyone was looking for. :(

This site has some info, including data sheets, but not quite of the W113 pumps. If you scroll down, there are data sheets for Mercedes R12 and R19 pumps. Maybe if you contact the author, he has access to the sheets for your pump. I assume the data sheets are different for each model number.

Hi ,
I will not risk it with anyone . If you are in united state send it to H&R fuel injection (Marty +1 631 589-1600 ) or www.yankeedieselinc.com . They will charge about 200$ for perfect calibration. And 1700$ for complete rebuild.
Good luck.

What’s the difference between simple calibration and rebuild? Mine is running normally but the co% is too high and fuel consumption is about 12mpg. Other things are right so the last option is the pump

What’s the difference between simple calibration and rebuild?.../...
Take a look at this picture, showing the large amount of parts that make up the Bosch injection pump in our Pagoda cars.
It is like a Swiss watch inside, intricate design and precisely machined components.
Imagine the amount of work and expertise needed, to remanufacture the item. Hence high cost.
A problem today is to find the spare parts needed, very limited supply...

Yes and it was designed without the aid of computers! Amazing.

I guess you need a total rebuilt when the pump is not working at all. In my case the pump is running normally but rich. Maybe a worn out thermostat or simply the screws need to be set up.
If I can I will send here a link of a French Tv show called wheeler dealers france, they restored a 250se pump for a total cost of 1100€ and that’s the kind of service I think I need. Put from min 25’.
