Has anyone had any experience re-assembling the pin, spring and clip that go through the "wobble" vent closure? See photo. I am unsure of the precise order. My guess is that you have to have the Wobble Vent Closure in position in the hole, while driving the pin through the hole in the tube from the outside hole in and then, I am guessing again, you would add the spring and clip when the pin comes through the other end of the wobble vent closure in the hole, before finishing the movement of the pin all the way to the other hole in the tube.
I would appreciate your thoughts on techniques and tools to use.
