The brass bushings on the king pin assembly are worn out. My question is, how do you drive them out.

Those brass alloy bushing are pressed into the steering spindle and are not that easy to remove. Once you get one side out the other can be pushed out easily enough but getting the first one out is the harder part. I've used a tap and cut threads into the bushing and then I pushed it out using the tap as a mandrel. Kind of unorthodox but it works.

Bring the pin and the knuckle to an automotive machine shop and have it done. After the bushings are installed they need to he honed to size anyway so you might as well have them spend a few minutes and press the bushings in.

That's the way to do it. The bushings will slide over the new king pins before installation but not after they're pressed into place. They actually shrink that much.
