Title: Fuse rate (Amps) for Kühlmeister Aircondition wanted

Hei at all members.

I am on the way to do some wiring work on my 1965 230SL. My Kühlmeister A/C was electrically not proper installed. I found a broken "inline"- fuse holder under the dash. I want to do some new wiring with a better fuse holder inside the engine bay but I cannot find a hint which fuse rate the fuse should have. I want to use a relay that the main power for the A/C does not run completely over the ignition switch. Can you kindly supply me with an information or a data sheet concerning the necessary fuse ampere-rate? Thank you. Martin

Hi Martin,
you can find some electrical details for A/Cs in workshop manual for later cars (1968).
